The first episode pretty much sets up the scene for the second because thats where it got interesting. I really like it so far. I'm kind of hoping for some crazy plot twists though like maybe Changho wasn't big mouse to begin with but he becomes that or maybe he was big mouse all a long idek.
I also love how its got some harsh scenes but there's still comedic relief. He's so damn unlucky. The fact that he tries to get killed but it back fires each time. He's got the serial killers crying even though he's literally a dope.
I really like the writing of this dram because there's so much food for thought and it's honestly so fun to read what y'all have to say and how you're seeing it.
I honestly cannot pity haewon at this point. I can pity her initially but seeing all that she's done with the excuse of feelings wronged isn't right itself. Even if she gets an apology or gets revenge it doesn't change the fact that she dwelled on a guy who left her coldly for several years while she could've done something with her life. Instead she blames not being successful on others when she only has herself to blame. You can't blame others for things you did or didn't do because you have autonomy in the end.
I wish she'd take herself out of this mess because truly she could thrive away from it. She just keeps going down a dark hole and it there isn't a point of return at this point. She's extremely paranoid. she tracks WJ, drugs WJ, has a kid relaying her messages to HJ and taking pictures of WJ and HJ. Brining in the kids is the lowest thing she could do and she did it.
WJ and HJ, I know HJ is cheating and WJ isn't innocent himself he basically pursued a married woman himself, and btw he didn't have much of a relationship with hw that was just to get visas and HW was the one who said this to HJ too. I can't help but want WJ and HJ together because while it's wrong, no excuses, they did love each other. People say she looks uncomfortable, I think thats because she knows what she's doing is wrong but she couldn't help herself. She keeps chasing WJ herself if you look at it even though she denies it. They weren't a fling either, they were a family. The way that HJ left makes me think it's not entirely because of money. She even said she ended it with her husband in one of the episodes voice overs. The way she runs away is as if she has no choice but to and by taking WJ's passport it also seemed like she was trying to delay him as if he could get hurt if he came too soon. I really think there was something else. She was crying as she was running away and said that she expected WJ to come for them later. She brought her daughter as well to Ireland. I think she was definitely going to leave her husband and be with WJ but something that we don't know about yet tore that plan up.
I'm betting on haewon dying and I really think it's going to be a suicide, like gunshot to the head or slitting her throat because of the blood splatter in ep1. SWJ isn't ever going to be hers and I think it isn't really WJ but the idea of WJ. She knew him first but he left her in a second for HJ. HJ has what HW had envisioned for herself I think thats what's driving her insane. If anything she has way more chemistry with HJ's brother.
What the hell did SWJ like about JHJ ? she is such an unlikeable character both in the past and the present...
honestly....I guess one can't help their heart. I'm just thinking if SWJ wasn't involved with HJ ...perhaps he wouldn't be living such difficult existence.
I feel bad for the husband who's raised a child that isn't his. Hee Joo is quite a selfish character and doesn't…
I think she may have had a reason to leave other than the money aspect. I definitely think her husbands money was a big factor and what she wanted was for both of her children to live comfortably as she clearly had a hard childhood. But the way she was running away in Ireland seemed as if someone made her do it but I could be wrong.
She even says that she wanted or waited for WJ to come get them but he never did and that's because he had been in a coma. She also said that she wasn't lying when she said she did end her relationship with her husband. So now I'm wondering what she meant.
I’m so sad for Goo Hae Won I hope she will get her revenge and happy ending.
I have a feeling that that's not in her fate just based on the scenes we get of her drowning. Also we saw in the very first episode HJ throwing a body into the water. There's that connection between drowning and water in both of those scenes.
I don't wanna say this. But after I rewatched the opening part ( 1 min or so ) of ep 1 where hui jee has blood…
Honestly I've been thinking about that first scene too but based on what HJ's voice over says when that scene plays I'm thinking it's someone she loved?
but THEN there's also that connection between Haewon and water and her drowning or in a body of water and HJ throws the body into water. COULD be HW truly. OR it could be metaphorical that HW creates a mess that HJ now has to clean up and deals with HW, but then it makes it seem like HJ herself didn't create any mess when she did. But again the only people it could be is HW or WJ. I'm beginning to doubt that it's WJ because she really did love him and I don't think she would throw his body away like that or react like that, she'd be far more distraught. She drags the body as if it's a nuisance so probably HW.
The way the blood splatters also looks like a suicide as if they slit their own throat or shot themselves in the head or something.
I'm hoping it's not WJ. He's too handsome to die please I only started watching this because he was good looking so...lol
HJ I truly don’t think she ran because of the money. While she clearly didn’t like being poor in Ireland and was holding on to her husband bc of money I don’t think it’s the main reason for her to run. I also don’t understand why she couldn’t openly communicate with WJ about anything instead of drugging him and running with his passport. It seemed like she wasn’t giving him the full reason as to why she wanted to leave when she was packing. I bet someone blackmailed her or threatened one of their lives so maybe they couldn’t have been found together. She also wanted to buy some time so she took his passport to delay him but she still expected him to show up. I’m so confused as to what it is that she wanted.
HW also needs to stop letting herself get hurt by a man who don’t want her. She’s getting hurt now even when he doesn’t have his memory.
WJ that man is faking. He says specific things just trigger both of these women and he knows what he’s doing. The actor who plays him does so well because he does these micro expressions where it’s like a raise of the eyebrow or the slightest side smile and these small details are never just by chance. He wants revenge but he also seems to still love HJ. When she played the song in the car you can see his expression in that moment and when he’s home he’s smiling so I’m like 75% sure he remembers. He may not have his whole memory tho…there could be some gaps but I do think he knows everything.
There is definitely romantic tension, more so from him than her though I think. I wasn’t sure about him until…
That's exactly what I was picking out too. There is such a longing for each other and it's gone from just wanting someone who can empathize and listen to you to actually wanting to always be near this person. It's really only human nature to gravitate towards each other after they've showed their most vulnerable sides to one another.
Bu Jeong not like her husband. She's been a victim of a cheating spouse she probably wouldn't play the role of it. I hope she can divorce him bc his heart belongs to his first love.
Im gonna be honest I want there to be romance. I really do. I know I'm not the only one. The first 10 min of todays ep 12 ...come one you can't tell me that wasn't making your heart flutter. He even inched forward..idk if he was gonna kiss her for real or her cheek but then she pulls away and he clearly realized what he just did or tried to do and gets embarrassed or flustered but then the scene of him outside just touching that part of his shirt where LBJ was gripping. Like does that not- is that not resonating as romance? Idk and also next weeks ep 13 the gazes from across the road idk who looks at their friends like that. I really want there to be romance...makes me feel something you know its tough being lonely
I still think the doctor is not the psychopath. Yes, he apparently killed Daniel but that doesn't mean he's the…
Thats what i noticing too with the behavior. The doctor shows anxiety and fear which isn't really something a psychopath feels. I think JBR may not even know who he is. It might go deeper than just psychopath or not.
Here's what I'm thinking. I really think Jaehoon is JBR and thats because of the animal connection. Jaehoon killed animals and JBR can't stand to watch anything bad happen to any animal. Of course there are a couple holes to patch but it's that connection there that's really making me think that way. Also the when JBR looked HSJ in the eyes for the first time it was just shot in a specific way that just clicks. JBR is HSJ's son most likely. There may have been some sort of baby switch or something. JBR is also way too nice/naive. Maybe he has a split personality or there may be a trigger that we don't know of yet. He just got into an accident and maybe the trauma might serve as a "switch". Jaehoon was almost killed by his mother and then he went on to kill his step father and siblings so after doing that he may have flipped a switch and acted "normal" from then. Whoever wrote this...damn...i have a feeling this one isn't going to disappoint. Im getting real Come and Hug Me and Flower of Evil vibes from this
