That's mildly hilarious, especially considering you can see that cigarette being behind his mouth. It'd look a lot better if they just used a prop cig, like in Peaky Blinders. Probably cheaper too, if he's supposed to smoke a lot. But maybe he just needs to avoid smoke of any kind in general or something.
