Why did it take my tiktok fyp for me to know that my fave pairing are doing a drama together... I have been out the loop for a while but this drama is a fun watch not complicated like 'Once we get married' and their chemistry is chemistrying :))
I need to finish the last season but like the other comments, the ex-connections are much stronger this time around... After ep 11, I feel more inclined to Nayeon x Gyumin although poor Haeun like I want to feel for her but mans is not into her anymore. Other couples wise I want Wonbin and Jisoo back together, they give cute vibes and Wonbin living his 'Animal Crossing' life in the show!
I'm liking it so far (only 5 episodes in) since its not just a rewrite of the Chinese version which I love to bits. I rewatched the Chinese version recently without realising that there was going to be this remake lol. Like many others the second leads are off-putting but that's how it is with dramas where the second leads don't back off and get possessive with FLs. It's interesting that it's the FL's first time acting/first lead role, she suits the role well which sorta reminds me of Lin Yi who first started with PYHOMS as well. That being said, I saw a lot of comments pre airing that New wouldn't suit the role but man I have fallen for him. He is that typical cold to soft to FL character and I can't wait to see more cute scenes with them. It's something different since I'm basically in my Chinese drama binge on Youtube and slowly getting into watching more dramas now after having a break from losing interest. It's not my first time watching a Thai drama but I've only ever watched the U-Prince series and never went deep into Thai drama land. It makes sense that the direction of the drama isn't the same due and was created in the mind of the audience of Thai dramas. It still pays homage to the Chinese version and leans more on the rom-com side which I don't mind. So I'm watching this as a separate entity from the Chinese version and currently enjoying it.
