i don’t think they can make the discovery public. their missions are a secret for a reason. i’m not exactly sure but nis’s policies and duties are different from police’s.

more like the opposite i think? choi deokhee is a professional. he's meticulous and calculates everything when it comes to killing someone, and it seems like he only does it when it's really needed. meanwhile jung se ok is reckless and quite impulsive, she kills people whenever they messes with her. (not all the time ofc)
