Perfect in every way but I do have some questions about the last episode.
After Seo Dong Jae took over Hwang Shi Mok's office he received a call from someone and looked really frightened for a second, he then closed the blinds and suddenly became jolly when talking to that person. Any clues as to why his mood changed so fast? Is it because he's a maniac or is it something else? Was he talking to Lee Yoon Beom? Was Seo Dong Jae's reinstatement as a prosecutor their plan all along? Or was Seo already scheming with someone else?
This is a must watch. I enjoyed every minute of it. The long episodes didn't bother me at all. I even felt like they could've been longer or at least more of them. Definitely the best one in the Reply Trilogy and one of the best dramas ever made.
Reply 1997 - very good. Reply 1994 - almost unwatchable due to the most annoying and frustrating female lead (Na Jung) in the history of TV. She managed to ruin the whole thing.
Nevertheless, after watching both I've realised how much I miss the 90s. Everything was new and exciting, especially the first widely available computers, mobile phones, internet and the "millennium bug" was something we were panicking about too. Even the mostly bad and corny pop & techno music most people danced to and of course the very bad fashion taste (at least here in Europe) is something I get emotional about. Those were good times.
It was the weirdest film I've seen so far but also a good one to be honest. The creepy hippie guy who kept the dead girl in his house and sang freaky songs about hair while swinging her in a hammock was by far the best character.
Pree, go to hell for what you have done. Just because you were miserable didn't mean that you had the right to interfere with Oat&Pop's life. Rambo, Pent, Ton & Mai were absolutely useless and redundant. Mo & Nick were fine. Now dear producers make one extra episode to show us what happens 10 years later. Will they open the box and be together??
It was nice to see old cast back in the last episode. Overall a good ending to a good drama. Even the sociopathic Oil had a happy ending with Boss (it wasn't shown but I guess they ended up together).
I'm glad that every episode was dedicated to different character so we're able to get to know each of them a little better. This show reminded me of my own youth in one way or the other. I felt very much connected to Mohg (bad relationship with a father, shy, melancholic and a bit naive), Win & Phai (both trying to find their place, excessive drinkers & troublemakers). It really hit way too close to home. Overall it's one of the best dramas packed with solid storyline and great acting.
This was one of the best dramas that I've come across so far. Very authentic and intense. I felt sorry for Boom and Earth and couldn't stand both of the backstabbing cheaters Stud & Sam (both should rot in hell). Neither of them deserved a second chance and Earth was just stupid for taking Sam back. He will be cheated on again. Sam has been bored in the relationship for a long time and just waited for the chance to hook-up with someone else and when Stud appeared he took that chance and it was clearly visible that he enjoyed it. His "I was drunk" or "I didn't want this to happen BUT we argued so ..." were just typical ridiculous and shameless excuses that only an idiot can come up with. Earth & Boom get ready to be hurt again!

Do you happen to know the title of the song that plays at 3:12 in ep. 4 part 4 ?
