after watching ep 28 i'm saddened to fully see how rtz's parent really broke his confidence down to its lowest... his father did nothing but belittle and riducule him throughout the 28 eps ive seen so far i have not once seen him genuinley talk to or teach him he would berate him at any chance he got for no particular reason and the mother even though she coddles him she never really had faith in him for anything not to choose him own wife or truly become a doctor on his own merit she just wants to control him like he is a 10 yo child...even though his character has slight problems its blessing that he still turned out as well as he did i'll count that as a blessing hopefully the parents make a huge turn around i see the father seems to be making small steps

i kinda like mengmeng i think she is adorable the person I have a issue with is tz mother the fact that she is so judgemental and talks about ppl behind their back when she is a doctor who going to come across many different situations in life is worrying... i also dont like the fact that she wants toutou to be what she isn't i understand that she causes trouble sometimes but honestly she grew up in a completely different way than her she didnt get the chance to learn what she learned growing up i'm not sure she's understanding her privilege here where else tz understands his privilege but hates it

I'm confused about something... if the reason that she has to make him fall in love with her is so that she can remove the evil bone once it's removed wouldn't she no longer have a reason to kill him anymore since without the evil bone he can't become the demon god

I totoally agree with you!!! i've been reading a lot of comments saying they don't like the young characters which is really weird to me since the characters are like 15-17 at the begining of the book... I also believe xu kai would be perfect for this role based off of his previous work... I also have high hopes for leo wu i think he would be able to pull it off perfectly and i would love to see him in a role with the perfect mixture off cold, and strong,but also loving mischivious and playful

thats understandable he does best fit cold characters... but I feel like the ml isn't just full on playful he is also very cold and cunning he reminds me of a lion in the sense of stalking his prey before he dovours it the only one that he is truly sweet and playful with is the fl... thats why I can envision both leo wu and xu kai executing this role perfectly

I love everyone you just named but I feel like you're just naming them because they are big names at the moment not because they best fit the role...I read the novel and I feel like Leo Wu would play the ml perfectly though I could also see xu kai in the role as well either of the would be perfect for the role I don't know the actress they cast as the fl so I don't really have an opinion but I also don't see any of the actresses you named when I envision the female lead(though they both are extremely talented and I'm a huge fan myself)
