Exactly... They ruined the novel stories... HillTerr story could have ended in 5 episodes and then the rest screen time could have been used for the other couples... FahPhoon and ArthitDao have such a nice story...

I have not watched the full series yet but I have read the novels... So if the series follows the novel the doctor is not THE bad guy... He is responsible for the merciful deaths of some patients yes but no one can say that he is a bad guy...

These specific kind of hardships are much real!!! People that have been abused in this way like our ML have very unique behavior and mentality... I think the scenario is realistic and the way Hirukawa run away from Minase is justifying his low esteem during that time of his life and his will to become a better person for himself and Minase...
