I think earlier in the drama (don't remember exactly), the 3 VIPs promised him to take care of his mom's surgery if he kills PCH. And since he didn't manage to kill him, his mother didn't receive the surgery.

The writers worded it a bit weird, as if there's Big Mouse and The Big Three separately. But then yeah, why would PCH ask if warden is #2 then? So I guess No Park is #1 after all.
I had hopes for her after she found out about the lab then about her husband being a murderer, but after today's episode I won't give a fork about her even if she redeems herself next ep. She can rot in hell with her psycho hubby for all I care lol

well they just have to introduce him I don't think he'll be big part of the plot, except him being in Korea to help against Doha unless he's PCH father lmao that would make it biggest plot twist, for PCH to be Elder's grandson that he didn't know about
