My issue with him being BM is this: In ep.3 at the begining, when he tries to "escape" from prison in order to get killed. He doesn't get shot, by a matter of one second. He knew that everyone who tries to escape gets killed automatically. His luck was that the warden happened to look at that exact moment and call in time. You're telling me that he risked getting killed like that in order to trick people? And to trick us the viewers? Who would risk their life like that, with a 99.99% chance to get killed? Maybe a mother for saving their child, but not a "genius swindler".
