I do believe they had different looks. But, like you mentioned, I think they should have made it obvious in a mirror/window scene that that was the case and not keep us confused. They obviously have different looks since people didn't recognize him when he got back to present.

He was imagining he's in the picture. That photo was in his office, you think all the years he worked there for them he wouldn't have noticed that 4-2 had a similar face as him??

They could have made it obvious in just one scene throughout the drama (like a mirror, a window etc. or when they showed his bloody face after car accident), that they had different looks. And SJK would have still played the characters during whole show, but viewers wouldn't have been confused. Small details like that matter a lot.

JDJ had different looking face, but they didnt make that obvious to us viewers (which is stupid cuz it ended up making lots of us confused). I don't know how the hell the witness "recognized" him lol. But if he had same face, everyone would have recognized him.

I was curious about that too. Was waiting for ML to ask his father/brother how their mother died (like to make sure it wasn't all just a dream). But, if he did live as JDJ, then it means it was the suicide.

yeah they should have made it obvious in a scene sometime, to let the viewers know that JDJ had a different face than the one we see

Honestly, you're missing out on a good drama if you stop watching now. The people you see complaining are mostly disappointed that the ending was not like the one in the manwha, but to me, personally, the drama ending made more sense than what i've read happens in the manwha. I've never seen so many people pissed off because of the ending hahah

yeah people put way too much importance on the ending, which is just one episode out of 16. also, like you said, the ending wasn't that bad, I was expecting something really shitty after reading peoples' complaints but the shitty never came lol
