I think Ba-reum is a "concealed" psycho. He is trained (or he trains himself) to be able to make decent facial expressions with various emotions so no one knows that he's a psycho inside, much like the head hunter. Maybe he get used to it, and live on autopilot mode like a normal person but the recent serial murders awaken something dormant in him. On the other hand, I think Dr. Sung is a genius, but he seems to be a "fan" of the head hunter (IDK I just observe his reaction whenever others mention head hunter's name) so he could mistake himself as a psycho when in reality he's just a cold yet smart dude.
