Title Playful Kiss
Oh boy.. the Japanese version is waaay worse.. :/ I swear, he doesn't kiss her till like the last episode of the…
The Japanese drama has a second season which showcases their married life. The Korean adaptation tries to put both parts of the manga (before and after marriage) into a single season which is why the confession and kiss scene happens earlier. In my opinion the best version of itazura na kiss is both the Taiwanese and japanese versions.

I'm really confused, are xiaowo and zhenyan dating or not? It looks like they are but they're not because they haven't confirmed anything lol

Although the music scores in this version are not as memorable as in the original Japanese drama, nodame cantabile, I'm still enjoying this show for many reasons.

1. In the original manga and j-drama, Master Fei She-er was a predator which didn't sit right with me at all and was somewhat uncomfortable. In this version, I found Fei She-er to be much more caring and helpful towards the students like Li Zhenyan and S orchestra. He also wasn't portrayed as a creep/predator in this version.

2. In the Japanese drama, Chiaki was portrayed very tsundere like and his attitude in the drama was very rude in comparison to the manga. In this version, Chaiki/Li Zhenyan is much nicer and sweeter to Fang Xiaowo even before they have become a couple.

Don't get me wrong, i love the original Japanese drama and I consider it one of my favourite dramas and manga live action adaptations. However, I'm really enjoying this version so far and I hope the later episodes don't disappoint.

Title You Are My Destiny Spoiler
on episode 18, is it worth continuing I've watched both the Korean and Taiwanese versions and loved them
I've heard the leads get together in the last 30 minutes of the last episode? so what has been going on
On Symphony's Romance Jun 23, 2020
they've casted the roles for the leads perfectly, lin yun embodies nodame perfectly same with steven zhang as chiaki (although this version, I've found chiaki to be much sweeter than the Japanese drama)

I hope it has the comedic elements from the j-drama/manga because the trailer doesn't look as lighthearted as I thought it would be, but the cinematography looks spectacular

JCW needs to find a good manager to help guide him towards selecting better projects. This isn’t it. I hope…
I think he's trying to diversify his portfolio since he's mostly known for action kdramas like healer and the k2, but I agree I hope he starts doing historical dramas again or a slice of life which would suit him a lot.

I live in Europe and there are plenty of white guys and girls and some asian girls too who wear dreads. What is…
The people who you talk about that walk through Europe with dreads will never be negatively impacted by them. BIPOC people have been crucified for centuries for their culture and hair styles so stop simping for your 'oppas' when you've probably never experienced discrimination or racism due to your race, ethnicity or hair style/type. If you want to argue, there are plenty of forums outside of a dramalist site where you can talk about your backwards views. Blocked.

if you don't know the origin of dreads which is symbolic to rastafarians, I don't think you should comment such ignorant things. Just because you saw a couple caucasians and asians have dreads doesn't mean its correct. I'm guessing you've never faced oppression seeing that you're offended about culture appropriation about a culture I'm guessing you have no relation to.
