Good up to a point...

I have dinner in the instantpot and it cooks in 5 minutes so I have to be fast...

Was this good? Yes...it was a decent little romcom. Extra points that it was a noona romance.

Was it excellent? No...the complexity of the plot faded about episode 8 or 9.

How were the chacters? OK. I really enjoyed the secondary romance. For the primary characters, I liked the female main character. The male lead was a bit wooden and I'm still trying to decide if that's how he acts or if he was directed to act that way (which I can see since the plot has the male lead suppresses a lot of things). That led to the male and female leads kind of being unbelievable in the romance. The "villains" (mild spoilers here...turn back now!) were just ok. There was a superficial villain in the office that didn't really pan out to much and had a "I was wrong" moment in the last episode. The main "villain" (the chairwoman/grandmother) was so over the top in how much she hated on the male lead that it was almost comical. And then the sudden about face halfway through the last episode? Totally unbelievable.

How was the plot? Shallow at best. If you're really wanting an enemies to lovers plotline (which I was), I think you'll be a little disappointed. Sure, they are kind of enemies to lovers, but when it resolves it resolves REALLY quickly and then you'd never know they had a complex past.

Rewatchable? Nah. I'm good.

Minor complaints? Sure, since you asked. The weird little montage on how they ended the final episode was kind of weird and disjointed. What's happening bouncing around to different scenes of them smooching? Is it time passing? Showing that their relationship is strong? What's this doing... It really just kind of seemed like they had an extra couple of minutes they had to fill with something...so more smooching in different scenes and different places with no context or dialogue.

Glad I watched it? Yeah for the most part it was a light and fluffy romance and sometimes that's what you want.

Is my cheeseburger macaroni done? Yep. Perfect timing.
