i think it's true that they don't focus as much on the physical romance, but i find that better, it's like a slow-burn fanfic! lol

i do think it's kinda shady lol, but i heard it's not uncommon to do that in some shows so people who watch on TV also do a rewatch on the streaming app.
i guess some people just want to be mad at something :(

I guess we can get this type of layered storytelling bc this story particularly has been told so many times. We needed all the cringe, all the terrible tropes and all the second lead syndrome from before to get to this point lol.
Obviously, that's not to say that we shouldn't place credit where credit is due to all the people in charge of storytelling, scripting and revising the previous adaptations and getting the best of each of them to give us a series that feels out of this world yet so real and raw like this one.

You're so right! I have a whole week to watch, rewatch, analyse, engage with other people on social media to process each and every episode. That can't be done by bingewatching and I think people who are choosing to wait until it's all done are missing out so much!! I mean, I totally get why they're doing it, but I think this show HAS to be disected to be fully appreciated.

it's funny you say that bc tine and sarawat never really refered to eo in a romantic or sweet way 😂 i mean, wat sometimes praised tine and they'd say "i miss you" and act cute and so, but never said darling or sweetheart or anything lol
however, i agree the scene where kavin says that was for fanservice purposes xddd but it fits both characters as that is something a friend would do

I think she'll go into politics or like economics ??? She needs the knowledge and the power to at least be on a somehow equal footing to these oligarchs lol.
Also, the "love is not enough" theme has been repeated at least twice already, so that's it: love is not enough, but what will they do? I agree, THIS SHOW IS SOOOO GOOOD

I think, in the end, everyone does what we feel is best for ourselves and those we care about.
Thyme considers that keeping Gorya in the dark about his plans to fix the fiancée thing is better, maybe bc he feels that's a way of protecting her and not exposing her as much to his cruel world (He cares about her). Also, we need to take into consideration that he's there for Gorya thanks to his money and power. We say how Thyme is slumming it by living in a house with roaches, but he's always got the option to go back to his mansion to do the laundry, he can access his security detail, etc...Gorya obviously can't. He's kind of treating living "the poor way" like a vacation and a retreat, when this is Gorya's lifestyle! (He's looking after himself)
Gorya feels it's better to let go after all she's been through (see lilili's comment - she's looking out for her own heart and integrity) and seeing how Thyme-Lita's relationship would be much easier for Thyme (She shows that in spite of it all, she cares about him)
Her letting go and betraying him, by calling his mom's goons is part of the journey and shows they're not ready to be together. And him leaving her in the dark, shows the same thing. Both of them have to grow and meet in the middle. I don't think it was too quick.
Sure we're more than halfway through the show, and I want them to have sweet couple moments, but I don't think it aligns with the story they've told so far to just lean into sweet soft love and just say "welp. the past is in the past" lol

he even say "I'm sorry, I'm trying not to think about him" 😭😭😭😭 he understands why gorya did what she did, but he also knows it's hurt her so he doesn't want to remind her of him but he can't help it :((((((((((((

I made a compromise with my group of friends: we would get together and each of us would choose the media we were currently obsessing over and we would watch them. One of them showed us a cartoon she really likes, the other a movie and I showed them F4.
Don't think they love it, but we had a lot of fun! I recommend doing this lol
