happy birthday!!!! I loved your movies my favorite being two weddings and a funeral I think you really perfected the formula with that one. I've seen the new employee as well which isn't a queer movie but a bl, still I think it had qualities of your other movies I think I'd be able to distinguish it from other bl movies if I was asked to. I really hope you get to make more movies or even dramas the queer cinema needs you! I know he won't see it but had to leave it somewhere

The characters, all of them, were quite competent. It's such a shame nothing was done with them!

if you really think that way then you shouldn't be watching queer content in the first place if you don't then your behavior is just petty and immature and adds nothing to the conversation. what I would like to add to the conversation is that women can write queer stories but for the most part hwang da seul's work is pretty flawed most of her stories are very similar in plot and share similar problems in the character work and the narrative. I'd love to hear what you think about her work though
