Sorry for the late reply I have not been on the site in a while. Yes there are romantic scenes but it's not the main focus of the drama. I highly recommend you give it a try as it's such a great drama.

Sounds like the song you are describing might be 그대와 나 You And Me by An Hyun Jung. It was release as part 7 of the soundtrack. Hope that helps.
