He has just been announced to be in Jealousy Incarnate, alongside Jo Jong Suk and Gong Hyo Jin.

The main leads from each drama worked with each other in their previous dramas.
Hwang Jung Eum worked with Ji Sung in Kill Me, Heal Me and Secret.
Ryu Joon Yeol worked with Hyeri in Reply 1988.
And now Ji Sung is working with Hyeri, and Jung Eum with Joon Yeol.

So the two dramas are being compared to see which of the two pairs will win in the overall outcome of the dramas. It's like when Hyde, Jekyll, Me and Kill Me, Heal Me were released at the same time and they were in competition with each other because they had similar plot lines (with the DID).

Pinocchio wasn't a brother-sister relationship though. Dal Po was introduced as In Ha's "uncle," but they both knew that wasn't the case. Both main characters had some sort of feelings related to romantic love since they met, while Geu Rin only sees Ha Neul as a brother, no romantic feelings involved. So, the two shows are kinda different from the point you're making.

I don't know about Reply 1994 though, since I haven't watched it.

I thought I was the only one! After watching the end to episode 9, when Suk Ho started developing feelings for Geu Rin, I found it so cute.

Oh, well I didn't know about the kiss scene in Missing You since I haven't seen it, never mind haha. But the kiss scene in School 2015 was only on the cheek, so I don't really count it.
But even if she has had her first kiss scene, I still don't want her kissing someone who is 11 years older than her.

If they seriously do make Taecyeon the main lead, I hope that either a kiss scene doesn't happen (Kim So Hyun's first on-screen kiss should not be with someone who is 11 years older than her, it should be someone of near-age. Or maybe even wait for her to age a few years before kiss scenes start getting included in her acting scenes), or they take the romance genre out completely. I don't want So Hyun to be stuck in a love-triangle with uncles. :(

This bothered me as well, but I think it's because all the other actors are about 23 and older, while Jung Woo's actor is only 19.

Ah, that also fits. I guess the title can be interpreted differently depending on who is watching it. I'm an agnostic yet I brought in a religious point of view, I think I studied religion a bit too much for my exam haha.

My theory is that the "Sun" may represent God, and the "Descendants" are the main cast, who are following his teachings by protecting and healing the sick, weak and poor. I'm just basing this of my religion studies from school, who knew they would come in handy?

I think so, I'm just basing this of the romance genre and stills the drama released the other day. Also, Min Hyuk and Jung Ahn may also be a couple, and there's a 14-year age difference between them.

I'm not sure how I feel about the 17-year age difference, but I hope this drama is still really good. I loved Ji Sung in his previous dramas after all.

From articles I've seen, Min Hyuk is supposed to play Hyeri's brother, so I think it'll be based around the two couples - Ji Sung + Hyeri and Kang Min Hyuk + Chae Jung Ahn. I'm not completely sure though, they may do a Oh Rin Jin-Oh Ri On situation like in Kill Me, Heal Me, where they aren't actually related.

I can't believe it's only a two-year age gap between Jung Eum and Joon Yeol. I thought for sure it was at least a five-year difference. Wow, Joon Yeol has a baby face.

I've heard a lot of people complain about Seo Kang Joon's acting, but I don't see what the problem is. His acting is superb and I absolutely love him. Maybe he's played irritating characters in the past (I don't know), but his role of Baek In Ho is just awesome.

I was there with you on the second lead ship of Shin Hyeok and Hye Jin from She Was Pretty. Sometimes, to make myself feel slightly less bad about my couple not getting together, I just think that the writers were forced to write it that way. :P
