It’s a wonderful drama about work life, gaining friends, and achieving dreams. Focusing on these parts of the drama, I love it very much. It felt very personal and I cried way more than I expected (I didn’t expect to cry over this lol) ... but I just have to say the romance aspect was pretty frustrating, esp. with Aoi and Yuri like ?? but maybe that’s just me liking Aoi and Sakura at first.
Beautiful, moving, and tearjerking~ If this were a drama series, I'd probably cry every episode. There are a lot of tearjerking moments, and I really love those because they move me lol I just noticed that whenever I watch something with Hiroko Yakushimaru-san, I always cry??? HAHA
The movie is SO beautiful. It easily became one of my most favorite romance films :) The story was realistic, not overly dramatic, and it was sweet (the right amount of sweet!), inspiring, and heartwarming. I cried a lot in the theatre. Hana-chan and Iwata Takanori both did a great job ^-^ I highly recommend this!
One of the greatest dramas I’ve ever watched! The story is amazing, the cast is awesome, and food everywhere!! It’s very inspiring; it makes me want to cook! It’s also lighthearted but at the same time touching... the kind that makes you cry. Is it too late to ask for a second season? :)
I didn't think I will like this drama, and I was kinda right. I don't like it... I LOVE IT! I love it way, way more than Hanadan. I was a bit spoiled before I watched it (but not with major spoilers) and I thought I'll be #TeamTenma... but I was wrong! I'm #TeamHaruto since ep. 1! Harutocchi isn't perfect (which makes him v relatable) but he's a brilliant and charming character. He likes Domyouji but they're different, and I'm glad! I enjoyed this drama to bits! HaruOto is so cute! Hoping for a second season! :D
Seeing Oryo play a soft character makes me look forward to this! I've seen the trailer and some feature videos, and it looks amazing!!! How i wish it's also shown in other countries :(
hahaha so firstly, your username reminds me of Matsujun's jokes in 99.9, seriously made me smile lmao~but yes,…
My username is the product of my love for Miyama (and his lame puns) and my love for mangoes lol I'm happy it made you smile. Haha.
I was baited because of his visuals but I'm staying for his acting. :D
Ah yes! I was trying to find even the raw of the movie but I couldn't find one except in cdjapan. Haha! I too wish to see Tomodachi Game movies subbed. The story is intriguing, and Ryo is brilliant as Yuichi. <3
My first impression of him was that he really is very good-looking. Haha. I recently got interested in him since I've been hearing a lot of good comments about his acting. So then I searched him up and found out that he's in Tomodachi Game. Curious of his acting style, I checked it out
... And voila, I found another actor to look forward to! Haha.
His eye acting is so great. I mean, not everyone can do it. He has beautiful and mesmerizing eyes in photos, and to my surprise, he actually takes advantage of it in his acting!
I look forward and hope that he'll get more lead roles soon!
OMG, same here. I watched Gokusen and fell in love with Matsujun's smile. That was my first drama of Matsujun…
Miyama Hiroto is my fave Jun role hahaha although I haven’t seen all of his roles yet. Until now, I still love Jun’s smile, the smile that started it all LOL XD
Matsujun is my fave actor ever since I became a Jdrama fan. I wasn't HYD-baited though. I started with Gokusen and totally fell in love with him in episode 3 because of his smile! Hahaha. HYD was my 3rd Jun drama, if I'm not mistaken. I watched it mainly because I was curious why many people shipped him with Inoue Mao. HYD isn't my fave. Domyouji isn't my fave role of Jun either. But I got to say that: 1) he did a very great job in portraying Domyouji, 2) rest of F4 and Inoue Mao did very great too, and 3) Jun and Mao's chemistry is so strong that I'm also shipping them and wishing for them to work again together in a drama or movie.
P.S. The fact that Jun was able to act as Domyouji again after 10 years is proof that he made this character his own.
I will never forget this season's episode 6. I got sick after watching that because it made me cry like a baby. Overall, this is a very great drama. I'm still missing everyone of the characters. I don't think a season 3 is possible, but I want to see them again at least in an SP.
10/10 still my most favorite Jdrama up to this date. I just love everything about it, and I don't think there's a single episode where I didn't cry in both seasons! If you're planning to watch this, please stock up on tissues because this is a real tearjerker. It's a very warm drama. Highly recommended!
P.S. I love the four kids playing soccer hehe
