I think these two are similar in many ways. While Signal is focused on walkie-talkie communication between the years, Twelve Letters focused on communicating through writing letters and sending them through a mailbox, but both are communicating with the future to solve the past. What's different is that Signal is more heavy on investigation and detective things, but TL is more romantic.
When watching this drama, I can't help but think of Chinatown Chacha. Although they're in different modes and languages, the humour and overall plot are similar. Chinatown Chacha is a movie about a woman time travelling back to meet her ancestor to change the fate of her family; I think it's quite similar to Yummy Yummy Yummy.
It's similar in many ways, such as the fake siblings trope, bad boy x good girl and many other things. The male lead is a police spy for a big case, which causes some misunderstandings, which is also one of the similar parts. The 6 years of parting before meeting again and realising that they never stopped loving each other. If you loved this, you might also love speed and love and vice versa.
I feel the same vibe of "escaping reality" from both dramas. Both are related to a virtual reality program for those who wanna escape the world they're living in.
It gives out a similar vibe to me; while I was watching Speed and Love, it constantly reminded me of Our Generation.
Similarity:
- ML was smart: he was in the math olympiad and was the school champion but then dropped out from school because of challenges in life.
- The ML & FL both knew each other from childhood.
- The sunshine & midnight rain vibe
Difference:
- The genres: Our Gen is more about youth, but Speed and Love is far from being a youth drama.
- SAL got more spicy tension than OG.
- OG focused a lot on friendship when SAL is purely romance.

I can't explain why, but I feel like these two are similar, although Moonlit Reunion isn't really heavy on the xianxia genre. The main leads both hide their identities and fall in love even though they shouldn't.
It gives out the same vibe. A personal royal guard and a crowned prince/princess. They both used Assumption University as a setting too lol. Idk how this relates but these 2 really give out the same feeling. You'll love The Crown Princess, the actor & actress are lovers irl too.
