saddest kdrama I've ever watched

this has to be by far my favorite kdrama, it's so sad though. i cried in every episode because each episode, something more heartbreaking comes in the next episode, still a really great watch though. 100% would rewatch over and over again. the story about haein's illness is really unique and something i've never really seen. their dynamic of being a once loving couple but drifted apart from each other because of her family criticizing him is really nice. it really shows you that if you really love someone, you'd do anything for them.
