I agree. I thought Goo Yoo Hwan did a good job but CHW def stole the show in twinkling watermelon. And esp when you consider his role before that in Weak Hero in which he also made a huge impression as a rookie playing almost as opposite of a character as possible, idk how he's not on this list.

I just finished episode 3 and idk if I can go on cause I find the FL super annoying, she follows him around nonstop and babbles on and on saying the most meaningless dumb stuff when he clearly just wants to be left alone, I don't find her charming at all I find her obsessiveness really off-putting and not romantic at all, she's essentially stalking him. And at this point I feel no chemistry between them, and if he starts liking her even though she's acting so overbearing and superficial I won't be able to buy it. Is this show just not for me or does it get better?

I read a article before the show came out where he said he stopped working out to look like someone who was dying for the show, and so while watching the show I kept waiting for this "non-exercising" WDH to materialize and thought I must have read wrong LOL

I wouldn't call it an educated guess. They have fake cigarettes, and he is an actor playing a character who smokes a lot. He will do research on how to make it look natural. He literally just said he takes very good care of his body and relaxes through exercise, why would he smoke? He has a naturally low voice. There is zero basis even for a guess. Like, it's just odd to say he's a smoker because he played a character that smokes

I actually love that they're branching out into superhero genre , it's so rare to have sci fi / fantasy k dramas at all, now we have like 3 lol, which is like .01% of all k dramas. This is way more refreshing than yet another cutesy romcom or dark crime drama or uplifting medical drama.

I feel like the trailers have only shown the first couple of episodes, so I really have no idea where the story is actually going in the end?

I'm really hoping it's a mistake, like the doctors mixed up his results or something, and we as the audience find out right away but he doesn't, so carries on thinking he will die. That would be interesting

Omggg I'm kind jealous you get to watch him in a show for the first time, he's truly one of the top young actors right now.

If you want to see his comedic chops watch Joseon Attorney (it kinda loses steam in the second half but the first half is so good and you'll see how funny he can be)

He also was crazy good in Save Me, even though he is a secondary character he just comes out of nowhere and steals the whole show. It's a great series overall.

I suspect the kiss might mean something to the lore? Like them kissing will have some sort of effect on her being a demon or not in some way?

Um... so... I'll just ignore the gross misrepresentations you made of daon in that whole post cause the writer does exactly this with the character--he goes from trying to find justice within the law, to now breaking the law to find justice according to his own interpretation. Almost as if the writer had a whole character arc planned for him for the story. Like good screenwriters do. Probably a good idea to watch all the episodes before poppin off like this lol

I felt the same in the beginning, I was trying to see her as an anti-hero but she really was just an awful person who was utterly heartless. It was refreshing in a way just cause the actress made it fun and rare to see a FL like this, but also would get so frustrating. I feel like they didn't explain well enough in the beginning that demons have no compassion as a trait of demonhood, so she really only has a black and white sense of justice, a huge ego to interpret that in any way she pleases, and a selfish drive for self preservation, which is why she sometimes does things that are wildly fair and good, and other times is completely heartless. But I promise you that starts to change episode by episode, she has great development in her character without it being like unbelievable or cheesy, so I'm glad you are choosing to keep watching!

I didn't realize she was married and recently had a kid. How awesome! I love seeing that she can take time to have a family and still pursue her career. She is doing an amazing job as Bitna.

This writer has such a sure writing style! She knows where the story is going from the start, I am really loving her characters and story in judge from hell. I have such faith that it will end well
