I want to know if she is able to complete Lucifer's mission and become human... give me a 2nd season!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Haha I took that last photo with the cast and them in their wedding attire as confirmation that she did (even though I know it was from that one wedding scene).
This is amazing!! Probably the best role I've seen PSH play and she's SO well-suited for it. I need more like this for her ASAP. I usually stay away from violent dramas, but this was surprisingly satisfying.
Absolutely phenomenal. Every single cast member knocked it out of the park and every character added something to the story. This is how you do a 40 ep drama. It's such a refreshing story because most of the characters, if not all, are not black and white and are completely reasonable people. And this was starting from ep 1. Such a touching story.
Can anyone tell me actually why ML wants FL marry the other guy.. i mean why!?.. He seems very cruel here, it's…
According the novel, another reason was the idea that prolonged contact with Furong's powers of purification would help Shen Li purify her darker energy
I heard before that eps 31 was even more emotional than eps 30.
100% it was. The writers did a great job with developing an emotional connection with the characters that died (especially Lao Bao) and their acting sold it. And the way Xu Kai played made it even more heart wrenching ðŸ˜
Oh.my.goodness. Can we talk about episode 31?! I barely ever cry during shows, but I was SOBBING at the start of EP 31 ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜. They knocked it out of the park with that goodbye scene. I can't even think about it without feeling like tearing up now.
So I just rewatched this and realized something that tugs at my heartstrings. When it comes to the snowfalls -- the last one DJX saw was probably on the worst night of his life and the most recent one he saw was the night when he fell for SZ (or finally realized he had) who helped him heal from that past. Like, omgggggggg there's something about that that feels full-circle.
I adore this drama. It's SO soothing and has the healthiest portrayal of a romantic relationship that I think I've ever seen in a drama. The main CP is compatible in every sense of the word and there was no need to guess when and why they fell for each other. The other cast is also great and I absolutely love ML's grandma.
