So I just watched it for the second time and it's so good?! I read the novel just before watching it the first time and obviously the novel tends to be better but I was also doing the constant comparison thing which took away from the experience. I waited quite a while to rewatch it and it was honestly so much better. Also the OST and BGM are insane?! They carry some of the scenes and now I'm gonna have them on repeat for ages while suffering from heart palpitations everytime I listen 😅 tbh that last epilogue episode also made it so much better.

I would like to send my absolute best regards to the hair, makeup, and costume teams. They were doing god's work especially in that last arc 😍 cat demon Chu Kong is *chef's kiss*
