Exactlyyy you said it so well. Many actors get casted simply for their looks and when it comes to crying scenes it's like they're afraid of looking ugly on screen. The ugly crying is really what got me there, and not just his face like you said, his body shaking and voice trembling too...SOOOOO BLOODY realistic!! i hope he gets nominated for an award for this and Taeri as well, she nailed that water scene
So...anyway. Hong Kyung is really good at crying. You know the scene. That was some fine acting. He broke me.…
i agree! the scene of him crying at the funeral really got me because that is exactly how i am when i cry and i was like OUCH...that hits on a personal level. In so many dramas when attractive actors cry it doesn't even look fully convincing because they still look too "pretty" and don't even have that many tears coming out, but damn Kyung rlly got me there haha
Hong Kyung is totally not a ml of this drama. He's more of a supporting character.
he's literally part of the main trio though? definitely feels like a main character to me and it even says so in the cast and credits. Having a singular male and female lead is usually for romance dramas which isnt the case here obviously
Is there a romance subplot in the drama or signs romance will happen ? Or is it just horror ?
i see the signs but i dont think there will be any romance going forward - sanyoung and hongsae look awkward around each other but im sure its because of something that happened in the past
