i wouldnt really compare them, since they cover two different stories of two different times in the MC's life. the show is a prequel to the events of the webtoon. so basically, as soon as the show ends, that's where the webtoon begins. the webtoon is definitely more traumatising, still rlly good though. personally though, i think i like the show more.
