I expected Oshin as well. I watched one episode dubbed in English decades ago as a child and it left a strong impression on me. It was the first Asian drama I ever saw. One of these days, I'm thinking of picking it up.
I'm so excited to start! Shall we start something new or continue on with something at least one of us is currently watching? Oh, so many dramas and so little time!
