That’s the wrong handle for Hyeongjin — his is so hard to find idkyMinsung is so pretty, it’s insane.Junseong…
I know it’s crazy. Junseong growth is crazy. From less than 10,000 followers at the end of June to almost 70,000 followers at the end of July. They all had an increase in followers during the series with Junseong having the biggest.
the things ive read about haters acccusing seonwoo of :1) sw likes sungho in order to stop junseong to be happy,…
I agree that those who judged/ displayed hate towards SW was wrong. But people have a right to form their opinions based on their observations. I people have every right to display their displeasure towards a particular person/ specific situation in a respectful manner. This isn’t a BL K-drama. They are real people and not characters based on books/ Manhwas on a non-scripted but heavily edited dating reality show.
Not everyone subscribes to the whole shipper or a “Stan” thing. You can appreciate & root for a particular person/ couple without being labeled a Stan.
People’s observations are based on what’s presented to them as “facts.” It’s understandable how people came to their conclusion that SW might actually be interested in JH. if you rewatch the episodes especially episode 1. SW feels some type of chemistry between him & JH. SW even mentions that he was going to follow his heart before calling JH on Day 1. I think if JH had been opened to the possibilities of getting to know SW on different level, the results may have been different as SH almost immediately friendzoned. There are small details that could be found by rewatching I the episodes.
The hate the SW received was unwarranted , SW is a very caring and is sincere in his interactions with the others. He is often misunderstood by some viewers. We can account some of it to how heavily edited the show. But his approach to situations could be handled differently.
The main issue that I see is how he struggles to set clearly defined boundaries. This is especially true for those who like him/ gives his attention.
As a result, he keeps things ambiguous, giving a feeling of hope, despite already knowing what he wants. As a person who doesn’t like/ seek conflict, he cares more about pleasing others. His vulnerabilities/ insecurities comes from the need to seek validation from others. He even says that he’s a people pleaser & cares a lot about what people think. But that also doesn’t make his actions/ how he deals with things okay. If he’s not interested in YH & HJ to a lesser extent; he should have been clearly stated that he only seems them as friends since both HJ & YH seem to have hope. And this is not just about the “wrap,” It’s more about the ambiguity from the one-on-one conversations. He could have easily stated that he sees them as just Friends who he values & are “special to him.” But HJ & YH perceives it differently.
I think that JH not reciprocating his feels definitely had a huge impact on him & shows how vulnerable he really is. I don’t think he ever came fully to terms with that with the whole “rivals” situation. He was more concerned about becoming rivals with some he had showed interest in than how it was affecting SH.
As SH states, it’s all about timing. SH was never SW’s type but he was still open to the possibilities of having/ maintaining some type of relationship, more of a friend/ younger brother type of relationship or something else. Both SH & SW prefer to be pursued & I doubt that they’d be able to be more than just friends. SW is inherently a friendly and outgoing person. He deserves someone who can give him a strong sense of security & love that he seeks. The hate that SW got was definitely unwarranted.
The whole theory about the gelato shop shouldn’t be relevant. whether speculation or not shouldn’t been an issue. It could to find love as well as indirectly promote his business. It’s ultimately the production team that makes the ultimate call. Obviously the produces gave the okay for having the date there. Yes Korea is still a very conservative country but it’s not so conservative that more & more gay related/ BL/GL content are being produced.
