i’m trying to pick this back up, been stuck at ep 4 for two years now… then i forgot who plays in it…. leaving it on the shelf.

just saw someone say this story lacked emotional depth? WHAT? all these characters were well-rounded with clear motivations for what they later did, no one simply did something for the fun of it, it was past-traumas, lack of mental capacity, inner turmoil and more. and for the people complaining about the main love-story, it’s a SLOW BURNNNN. read it twice, if you don’t want to watch something that is easily digestible and evidently happy, then don’t be UPSET, it’s just not for you!

i personally loved this drama, each episode you’re wondering what each character will do next, how will the effects change their perspective? it’s not a clear-cut drama, there’s secret clues and sly remarks (some which are hidden in the stares or imagery) that might go over your head, it challenges you to think about the world around each individual.

at points it gets frustrating, but that’s what good characters and plotlines do!

OMGGG seo-yeon is pissing me the FUCK off. like girl go get therapy and stop terrorizing people with your unmanaged pain and suffering. and jeong won needs to realize that his wife is gone, she’s too hurt by the past events way past the point of saving. let her rot in that miserable marriage.

it’s very cringy and the plot is predictable, a little bit of a slow burn too.

Reading is crucial. I said no one is attacking YOU. You feel personally attacked because someone doesn’t like this show and described it that way. My point to you was, who cares? It’s not that deep for you to act like that.

I love this show, but to say someone should leave because they don’t share that same opinion, is crazy. No one is personally attacking you, if you like it, watch it. It doesn’t matter if someone else disagrees?
