For me Seon Yul is perfectly fine. Can't he say what his feeling is and laugh? He is just being honest with his mind and feelings. That laugh didn't mean to be funny at them though... or do you expect him after saying things like this to be angry or be serious or have a poker face? And he doesn't try to make them apart either. He is a nice guy in my opinion.
