OK so I was thinking and this is what I notices. XJ was aware something might happen to FR during the hunting…
This is an interesting analysis. I am thinking, maybe GY is conflicted. On one hand, she likes XP; on the other, she is guilty about accidentally killing her master. So her help to XP is not entirely "loyal" nor "steady."
Cause I think she didn't report about FR found her master's "suicide letter" to XP right? That was the main key to dissolve FR's and XJ's misunderstanding after all.
Or, it can be a plot by GY and shifu from the get go. After all, how did the shifu knows she will die and prepare the "suicide letter"?
so far there is no scene of him dreaming except for ep 15 right when he was drugged. a bit hard to follow about…
I am slowly coming to terms with the missing dreams. >.< Hope the production team will release a Dream Series or something sometime later so that we can connect the dots later! For now, shall enjoy them a little differently...
As others have said, it is clear some scenes were cut making the transitions a bit odd. And the missing dreams…
I have the same issue with the missing dream sequences too. Makes it difficult to follow FX's motivation and thought process.
The question I have now is whether FX managed to prevent the things that she foresaw in her dreams. Or that they still happened, but bad consequences were mitigated because of her efforts.. ? would be nice if iQiyi is able to release them somehow somewhat somewhere (long shot perhaps)
