The internet has different communities. One of them, very influential and respected, decided to support XZ. One of its respected members wrote this phenomenal article.

I usually rely on my constant sources of information. During 227 I lost my trust in many YouTubers and other internet "journalists". Today, however, I decided to do some internet surfing to check the general mood. The general sentiment is very positive towards XZ and people who criticize him are ridiculed - not by xfx, by ordinary citizens or other groups.

One report reminded me of the bet that Xinli Media took. Believe me if I say that the fate of all Xinli Media depends on XZ? Wrong drama

Opinions are divided here, hehehe :) I watched The Untamed only because XZ stole my attention in the first episode. To this day, I remember with my eyes bulging thinking: "How can one man lead a whole drama? Who is this actor?" It lasted until episode 32. But that's my own opinion, I am asking die-hard fans of The Untamed not to lynch me. I like this series and the rest of the cast, but if it weren't for XZ, I probably wouldn't have survived the third episode :(

I think that is already the case in China. At this point, you hear about xfx charity almost every day, about their humility and spreading love and kindness wherever they can. Sorry, but you probably got the titles wrong. Douluo Dalu was filmed in 2019. He switched from the set of DD to the set of The Oath of Love. Maybe you mean The Wolf from 2017? The Untamed was 2018, which is in between.
DD was shot between Jade Dynasty 1 and The Oath of Love, from the end of 2018 (like December) to the summer of 2019.

Hahaha, I haven't seen it myself yet, but I recommend this channel. I take most of the information from it, then sift through the appropriate filters and verify with others, but overall it's a positive channel. He is one of the few I trust :)

We don't all have to like the same. We don't all have the same sense of humor. I watched the first episode, but although I like a few of the cast, the show was extremely uninteresting to me. If the "guest" showed up in the second episode, I would support the program, maybe I would even like it as with the others, but I felt reluctant towards the program.
There is a lot of competition on the market among entertainment programs. Most of these shows attract viewers by engaging celebrities. If the first episode is not strong enough to attract and retain viewers, viewers will not watch the second. If they feel cheated for it, they will instinctively feel aversion.
