There’s the 2011 Chinese drama of the same title, which Korea remade in 2016. Unknown of this Thai drama is remaking the Chinese or Korean versions, or if it’s a straight adaptation from the source material (2005 Novel “Bu Bu Jing Xin”.

The family dynamic between mother father & daughter is cute/wonderful, but the surrounding plots (baseball, therapy, second leads, etc.) drags the show down overall. If you’re someone who skips through dramas then go ahead- you’ll have stuff to enjoy here while skipping through the rest. If you’re someone that likes to watch fully, then you may want to not start this at all.

Japanese version is much better, don’t bother with this.

Ah that sucks! I’ve been so excited for this premiere, loved the movie & watched the c-drama adaptation as well. Even bought the book (though I’ve yet to read)!

Yes, they’re both pretty good! Myung Soo’s best is probably One More Time and Angel’s Last Mission, and Yoo Young is great in the Lies Within. I’d never expect them to be paired up with eachother but here we are. Interested to see how it will be!

This movie doesn't really follow a typical start-to-finish narrative it's moreso a “look at the journey of” these two people. Because of this some might find it boring but personally I ended up loving it- mostly because of the leads and the wonderful/sweet relationship that develops between them.

Don't be misguided by the posters or plot descriptions this movie is NOT about cheating.

I first watched this back in 2020 and still find myself thinking about it every so often. Always recommend!(Kim Ki Duk you are not missed).

I totally agree. Recently started watching because I saw my netflix is removing it next month and wow has it been dreadfully slow. Each point you made mirrors how I’ve felt while watching to a T!
