Apparently the same thing happened to this actor in his last daily drama. I do know the writer for this one switched partway in, so maybe the new one just didn’t care for the character much.

I would hope so too, but I don’t know which character would be able to hide him away and fake his death.

I feel like the only other option would be the new secretary doing Mi Ran's dirty work, but with the lengths he's gone to already, I doubt Eun Seol would be able to forgive him. I do see potential in his character, but I doubt the writers would favour him over Seok Jin.

Ugh, I saw it coming, but still hoped it wouldn't turn out this way. Seo Hyeon Jae was a much more interesting character than Cha Seok Jin. Now we're stuck with him as the male lead for good and most likely Eun Seol's endgame.

A pretty decent melodrama IMO. I think it’s low rating is due to the little to no romance. But the family dynamics at play were quite interesting. Would even work as a daily drama plot.

Once Again (2020) was the last one I truly loved.

Great tysm!

I just caught up through prime video. Does anyone know when new eps get uploaded there?

I like Hyeonjae much more than Seokjin. I hope it plays out similarly to Vengeance of the Bride, where she dates the expected (Seokjin) first, and ends up with the unexpected (Hyeonjae) later.

I am! If it’s with eng subs

She reminds me of Ella Purnell.

May I ask, where did you watch?

His side profile gives Lee Ji Hoon.

She reminds me of Lim Ji Hyeon.

Eng subs?

He looks like Tim Curry.

The music reminds me of the Nickelodeon show House of Anubis.

She’s the best part of Love & Crown.

Watching Queen Mantis, I think he looks like a mix of Yoon Shi Yoon and Shin Hyun Soo.

Does Chen Hao Lan’s character get her own love interest?
