I watched 2 episodes after reading the reviews here and it was definitely good to lower my expectations, I was able to actually enjoy it. If you're a OnlyOneOf fan, you're gonna like it.... not so sure about the general BL fan, especially if you're used to Thai BL level of quality or even th more recent Korean BLs. Also, it's pretty much a video adaptation of the Manhwa (with a watered down dream sequence), so for me it was easier to keep up with the episodes since I've read it before. If you're not familiar with the Manhwa, it's definitely gonna feel rushed (because it is rushed for a drama). It's not the best thing you're gonna watch, also not the worst. The boys acting was pretty good for people with no or very little acting training but pretty average to low quality for the general public. Again, I don't think this drama is there to please the general public and I think it's fine for OnlyOneOf's screen debut. From the two episodes I've watched, the worst part is DEFINITELY the editing and that's 100% to blame the production. Overall, the first episodes served its purpose and I have a feeling that the other 6 episodes follow the same standard (from all the spoilers I saw on twitter).
to be completely honest, the way the rivalry was portrayed threw me off right in the beginning. Yet, the paywall is probably the worst part of it. It's not bad that you have to pay for a subscription, but it's totally overpriced and it's not even in a platform worth paying for. I couldn't care less about not being able to watch one particular show, but since the GL series industry in Thailand is fairly new and we still don't have many options to choose from, it's just a dumb move to make it hard for (specially international) fans to watch it. You can't expect the series to have a similar success and popularity rate compared to other series of the same genre of you're making it so difficult to access. Blaming rookie actresses for the results was also a low move from them... when they are the ones making it nearly impossible to grow in popularity.
