i have a question for those familiar with chinese law is marital rape not a crime in china? i noticed the husband was never reported despite the miscarriage so was wondering if it is fiction or fact. also if a biological father just takes a child he does not have custody of will he not be charged with kidnapping? just asking to understand the drama better, i can't tell if i just watched a drama with many loopholes or if it is how things work in china. thanks
