Is this a sad ending? I'm in ep 8 and reading that the last episodes are sad is making me think not to finish this lol. I hate sad endings

I agree. I don't think there will be a season 2, there might be spin-offs like what happened on the younger years of Wi Ha Joon, Im Se Mi, and Ji Chang Wook. Or what happens after this story ended. But it's no longer "Worst of Evil"
