I think Lu Zhao Yao from The Legends and Wei Ying Luo from Story of Yanxi Palace can be added to this list!

Am I the only one who liked Runyu's character the most? I agree that he did some really horrible things but it was so entertaining to see his backstory and how he developed as a character. btw I had more interest in his story than the leads so that fact that the writers focused on him worked out for me lol

oooh it's chinese right? How is the drama itself? Well written??
yess its a Chinese drama. Its quite lengthy but the story was incredibility well written. Every single episode was interesting. By far one of the best xianxia dramas out there.

Title The Legends
Definitely! Lots of room for improvements in this drama but it's still a thousand times better than Princess Agents.
agreed. the concept was there. There was so much potential to the plot but they dragged it way too much. Its not bad but not that great either.

One that could be in this list is Run Yu from Ashes Of Love. His character was incredibly developed and despite his really bad choices, I sympathized and I couldnt hate him. Till this day he is one of my favourite characters in any show/movie. I actually really miss watching him too.

im up to ep36. .. i have mixed feelings about the drama. Im frustrated, overwhelmed but also curious to see what'll happen next. hope to finish and see good things for this drama. The whole cast is super pretty but the story is quite a ride. Like i mentioned above, mixed feelings.

Ok i love this!! I love the plot/story!! I first wasnt interested in this as it was 63 episodes. But in the end.. it was all worth. Throughout the 63 eps. it kept me interested from the start till the end. I loved the sets and costumes too! And despite everything my favorite character is night immortal.. his character was really interesting. I would love to see a s2 where he could develop more .

I didn't really like the drama so I watched this movie. Despite the rushed storyline, I find the characters much more likeable. (also very eye candy too!) The second half of the movie really needed more developing. But I understand due to the time limit, they couldn't fit everything. Overall loved how the movie was portrayed. CGI and cinematography were very nice.
