lol personally, my on-hold dramas are like my "immediate watch next" list, while my PTW list are dramas I plan to watch sometime in the long run. I do this because if I really wanna watch a drama but I don't have the time, I put it in my on-hold list so it doesn't get lost in my long PTW list. I'm sure other ppl do this with their drop/CW list^^
