It's my logic too, but at the scene when qi min sit at the throne, qi sheng call qi min "Huang Shiung" (emperor older brother), it made me confuses. Is the writer incorrectly in this scene?

I'm confused too about the relationship between qi min and qi sheng. Qi sheng supposedly the son of the late emperor, but why he called qi min at the coup "emperor older brother" aka "Huang Shiung" ? It means they are cousin
