That's hilarious! I have had fun taking a few people down as well. I just find that people in this new world (21st century "woke") is just way too precious. Everyone must now walk on eggshells cause one person out of almost 8 billion people on the planet cannot handle a certain subject.
Always been my opinion of organized religion (what I would call cults). It is fine for any single person on the planet to believe in what they choose to believe in. But those people better not even try to tell me that I am going to hell or how to live my life. I don't force them to date the same sex. So they better not try to force me or anyone else to be like them. Especially since so many of them are hypocrites anyway. The number of USA Republicans who have been caught in airport or train station bathrooms is just hilarious.
As a final note on the KP situation...there are quite a few videos online of these writers (especially Poi) touching and feeling and making the actors give her massages stating "I am grooming him". Yeah, that is sexual harassment for sure. And yes, I know for a fact (cause I saw it in a few of the videos) where both Mile and Apo have said "that's wrong" or "stop doing that". Sometimes they do it with a laugh cause it is so uncomfortable. I also know that Jeff made comments in live streams about how poorly she treated Barcode. And he was underage while filming that series. So yeah...I have a very hard time believing anything she might say or claim. Even if she was the victim in this newest load of crap, I still hate her. She shoulda been fired or at least removed from the set instantly. I understand having writers around on a new work. So they can adjust lines etc. But hanging out with the cast in intimate ways like that are uncalled for.

Build certainly wasn't the "star" of the show by any means. But putting aside that, what happened to them all on the KP set and in workshops at the hands of those disgusting writers (she is one of them) makes me wanna bitchslap them both back into real world! I thought we were finally in the 21st century where people were fired instantly for sexual assault like that.
As for Why R U, I actually enjoyed it. I enjoyed that the one pushing away all the time was the passive character. Saint was perfect for that role. A gay character who wanted nothing to do with some guy trying to figure himself out. However, I am glad that they worked through everything. Only character I really hated in that entire series was the father. Plastic acting and horrible writing for him. Again, even with culture and history, this is the 21st century. If daddy doesn't like it, too bad. It is HIS life, not yours to live.
I'm pretty sure the Korean version will be decent, but definitely will have plastic fake kisses (Koreans cannot deal with gays real kissing yet). But who knows...maybe it is finally time to see some true guy on guy romance.
I have seen a couple (from Korea) in my years of searching for new BLs to watch. If you haven't seen it, check out: Long Time No See (2017). It is great to have a BL that has two gay characters right from the start.

I don't watch Opera cause it's too over the top and I don't watch straight romance shows and movies cause they have been shoved through my eyeballs since I was born. There have been a few BLs that I have decided not to finish (but rarely). These are stories that we all watch. Sure, we may not love everything we see. But then stop watching, or just skip past those scenes. Honestly, when I see yet another stupid fluff bitch in these BLs stating that every hot man is hers in these shows, I just swear at the TV. Women are just as toxic as men. Oh, and I wish I could remember the series...but guy is in a bar with some friends. Slutty girls are all over him, hands and all. He has no interest in any of them. And when BF shows up, bitches go down! A simple groping of another person is still SA, even if it's a girl doing it to a guy. It happens. Sure, it shouldn't. But this is how stories tell their stories.
I am really enjoying this series and the storyline. The guys are all strong. Nice to see some new faces too. And very cool to see someone younger playing older! That is so rare. Usually, it's an older actor in their 20's playing a teenager! Way to go, Phuwin and Pond.
I do like the theory some have put out there...that Mueang Nan knows his friend, Mork, likes Pi. So he is helping bring them together. Very cool way to play this out if that's what happens. Looking forward to the rest of this series!

Podd is a stunning looking man and an incredible actor. When he first showed up in Kiss Me, Again, I actually wanted Kao to hook up with him instead. I loved Pete but the character of Sun knew what he wanted and was willing to go for it. So...when Mork showed up...damn I knew these two had something worth sticking around for.
So for me, Podd and Fluke are the reason I came back and stuck with DBK, Their storyline was much deeper and interesting for me.
Stick with it, Podd!! You are a wonderful actor. (and so damned handsome!!)

Agreed. I have been watching Hotel Stars from the start. The sweet hidden looks for Nueng and Kay! But damn...those two girls...hate them both. And it bugs me the number of times that management could just look at video footage, yet the interns play this "I didn't do it" game and nobody bothers to check, except the one time Phong gets blamed for the water on the floor when it was stupid bitch girl!! Argh! haha

All the male characters are fairly strong in this series. Even Toey grew on me. At first, I hated his character...which I guess was the point! haha But by the middle of the series, he starts to realize you can't get through life being a dick to everyone and expect people to like you.

This storyline is beautiful, sad, touching, and funny. Those who HATE this series...go watch gay porn cause it seems that you only wanna see them make out. I love that we have started to evolve beyond just needing the sex. Sure, love to see them kiss and cuddle. And yes, it is taking Pharm and Dean a long time to be romantic at all. But...you also have to look at their history.
So yeah...if you hate this series...I think you should just stick with gay porn instead. I am holding out on this one for sure because the acting is incredible, the grandmother is a tear-jerker for sure. And I love the emotion from both Fluke and Ohm in their acting. Keep it up, guys. Some of us love you guys for what you are bringing to life!
