maybe, i did read part of the novel though so im pretty sure its just the same JXY but in a parallel worlds (maybe there’s a plot twist at the end of the book i didn’t read yet 😦)
my speculation from trailer of ep17 is a bit sad for the ML but i understand why she chose the ex over him, their plan was originally to take her back to the real world but i think he overstepped his boundaries since she even told him ‘you can’t fall for me since i’m leaving’ and how he still didn’t apologise about how he treated her when he finally found out she’s not the real JXY
in my opinion she always wanted to go back to her original world since she’s said lots of time that she likes this place but she does not belong here. i think that all the life lessons she learnt can finally be put to use in her real world because the 2018 world things were getting too boring and maybe we can see ML in the real world this time round too :)

well duhhhhh it’s a romance and there r going to be romantic scenes but saying the FL is attracted early on being the reason they can’t communicate properly is a far stretch. ML yes, but FL not rlly. and like you said, she was enchanted during the hair wash scene but I’m sure she had the common sense to realise that it wasn’t directed at her, and we saw that literally in the scenes where she keeps telling him to forget the old person. like someone else said, everyone is viewing experience of the drama is different and I personally don’t want them to feel anything especially after the recent treatment of the female lead unless something changes as well as the fact that priests novels normally have minimal, extremely slow burn, romance with lots of depth.

i think someone who used the phrase ' she has already fallen for him' cant say thats just attraction! you were talking about the ML there when you were talking about attraction, and i was referring to your first point about the FL :)

i get the ‘only anchor in the world’ but i feel like that just minimises who the FL is as a person. can she really not be more that ‘i’m going to hold onto the first man i meet?’ like of course the romance may come on later down the line but to say that the FLs reasoning to falling in love just reduces her emotions and person as a whole. she even stated that she really wants to go home. i get how the ML can be attracted though, but also feel the same. there is no way you can treat someone you are even mildly attracted to with the roughness that he displayed.
Why ML and FL can’t talk properly? Why they have to be so aggressive with each other?

FL has explained like 10 times but he only believes when he wants to believe. i think their reactions are completely appropriate for the type of characters they are trying to portray. FL is from an extremely rich family so of course she’d be raised in a different manner and why would she care abt ML? i disagree that she’s fallen in love with him. it’s crazy how people want them to love so early on when her main goal as she’s said is to go home.
