This could've been a movie. I still wouldn't recommend it, but at least it'd waste less time.
The show absolutely prioritized visual 'coolness' with pretty fight scenes and grotesque demons (which seem nonsensically 'westernized') over a sensible plot-line. The 'twists' were fine, but drawn out (a lot of people repeatedly lamenting about 'the secret' without every any information on 'the secret' being disclosed). I couldn't figure out why I was supposed to care if the evil awful people were being targeted by the evil awful demons/ghosts. The only redeeming quality was the cutest Ggeomeoksali.
