Did they ever find out who was the masked person who taught Mu Mie the clairvoyant eye technique or did I miss it?

I honestly don’t understand why this has a 7.6 rating. I definitely felt like I wasted 38 hours of my life. Could’ve ended the drama in 24 episodes without all of the drama, misunderstandings, and unimportant side characters that should’ve just been cut.
