This episode kept setting up situations that made my toes curl thinking something shit was going to happen by way of some big misunderstanding, or the characters (*cough* Vee) letting themselves down by doing something cowardly/stupid but in each case (Mark overhearing Vee speaking to his brother, Neua questioning Mark, Vee seeing Ploy when he was already feeling shit) they made it good! Plus they didn’t have sex to just gloss over everything. It felt a bit dodge them sleeping together when Mark stayed at Vee’s because things were still up in the air so felt like his bro saved the day walking in on them. What a dude – holding Vee to account and protecting Mark at the same time.
Also loved that guy at the market dropping a rose at Neua’s feet and then gaping at his beauty. That man needs worshipping.
