They are able to finish the operation just under 8 minutes and it's successful. Dr. Sanpei stays with Miyabi-san while she is in recovery. He writes in her notebook how they met and how he asked her to marry him which she answers yes, we also learn how Dr Senpai started eating the red gummy candy )which look like Twizzlers). Dr Hoshimae tells her while she is still sleeping that 2 colleagues are going out to eat dinner, He also tells Dr. Sanpei that Miyabi san will wake up, Dr. Sanpei is worried that her memories might be lost which Dr. Hoshimae replies even if her memories are lost she'll remember everything because she is our Miyabi-chan.
The next day she wakes up, Dr Sanpei as he's holding her hand asks her if she knows where she's at. She pauses for several seconds, her eyes tear up and she answers "I do"

That's what I gather when in ep 34 her mom tells HR that after her first husband who was older died, she could have started over with anyone. In ep 5, HR's mom was divorced by her husband in the US for her gambling addiction. Also in ep 5 HR yells at her mom "Who forced me to put up with that old man?"

I was thinking the same thing based on the synopsis, but so far Eun Ha remembers her childhood friend's name as Hyeon Woo. Looking forward to when one of them or both realize they knew each other in their childhood if the synopsis is right.

I am wondering too, I feel like the cat has something to do with it. It appears out of nowhere, follows Mi Jin. Later after the cat escapes from the vet, we see the cat looking at (L)im Sun's missing person's poster. Maybe we'll find out in the next few episodes. As we seen, the cat is also present in the intro and title.

Like others have said, the plot is changing and the pace is fast, I like how YJ tells HR/NR's mom that she is going to live in the present and ruin her daughter's present. The first step is going after WJ's heart. With 90 episodes to go, I am sure there is going to be some setbacks for YJ. I hope that HR/NR and her mom get the punishment they deserve as well as WJ's stepmom and her secretary.

Just taking a guess, I think the CEO's secretary threatened EJ saying they would harm his mother as well.
After WJ's stepmom and Jang Myung Cheol thought they had gotten rid of Ej's (and WJ's) mom--WJ's stepmom ran into with her car and while she was hanging on the side of the hill asking for help she just stepped on her hands and told her to die, I believe the trauma caused her to lose or suppress her memory. But when she was cooking in the house, I think she remembered WJ's stepmom and her secretary telling EJ that she needed to hide from the bad people.

As the film concludes, we see a moving black bruise growing on Noriko's neck.
