That's why I'm gravitating more towards Cdrama, mainly historical or xianxia dramas. At least we get proper fighting…
This might be a little long, hope it helps
‘Xianxia’ (meaning ‘immortal heroes’) is a fantasy TV genre based on Chinese mythology and the concept of chivalrous spirit. In recent years, Xianxia dramas have become a huge pop culture phenomenon in China. The internet is full of ‘top 10’ Xianxia series lists. Many Xianxia dramas have been widely discussed and debated by their audiences, and songs from the dramas have also become very popular. Fans have even emerged outside of China. Notably, the dramas have helped to revive classical Chinese dress in high fashion, pop culture and cosplay spheres.
However – more broadly, and perhaps more significantly – they have also aroused widespread interest in traditional Chinese culture and thought, which constitutes the basis of Xianxia stories, ideas, and beliefs. This contemporary revival of Chinese tradition speaks to the ongoing relevance and appeal of its philosophical cornerstones, which have transcended millennia to inspire the audiences of today.
You are right about cdramas have more episodes, if I remember correctly the Chinese government set the maximum number of episodes to 40 a few years ago. Nowadays most modern romance cdramas have less than 30 episodes usually 45 minutes long.
I hope that the police got Hae in's journal when they arrested Hyun Woo in the hospital in Germany and not Eun Seong🙏 🏻 I like in the epilogue when the night before the operation whe she asks Hyun Woo what was his secret for memorizing well, he told how he would mumble the important parts to himself and he would hear his subconscious voice during the exam. As Hae in was going under the anesthesia she kept repeating Baek Hyun Woo instead of counting from 1 to 10. The first words she said after waking up in recovery was "Baek Hyun Woo" Of course delusional Eun Seong had an answer prepared full of more lies. During the first snow as she looked at her fingernail that was painted with balsam bloom paste, she tears up and asks herself what wrong with me.
Maybe evil mom will try to kill/hurt Hae In 'cause she's ruining her plans and her awful son. THEN, Eun Seong…
I'm fairly sure that evil mom arranged the red truck of doom. Also when Eun Seong answers his mom as he is leaving for Germany "I can't stop. Not until I die", she replies when he is out of earshot "Fine. Then let me help you." Then later when Grace asks evil mom if she sent those men to Germany recently to take care of someone, she replies that they won't be coming back and for her to wire them money and find them a place to stay.
Thankyou for sharing this. I was not able to find it anywhere❤️
In the US, it's on Dramacool. Not sure if you're familiar with Dramacool there can be a good number of pop up ads which some are inappropriate. I found that if I don't stop or pause an episode there aren't any after the initial one.
Any other drama recommendations like this? I quite enjoyed it hehe

I think the drowning thing is a lie eun soung lie to HAE IN for that just to pity him and accept, the fact is,…
I am thinking that his mother was involved as well, especially after she told Eun Seong how do you think the couple that adopted him and abused him died in an auto accident due to being drunk even thought the didn't drink and the director of the orphanage that mistreated him died in a fire that burned the orphanage down.
Where is this going to be available? Interested in this one!
In the US, the first episode is available on Netflix, strangely Netflix is showing 2 episodes instead of 10. Netflix has done that with a couple of other J dramas such as Eye Love You ad Extremely Inappropriate where they show a few episodes and the rest several weeks later.
