i think he might just be like a fill in bc in the webtoon, kanghoon was in his place (when the teacher came to save him and later on mihyun will). i think they did that so kanghoon’s father coming to save kanghoon (a father-son fight) will be more impactful and emotional for the audience.

it was already shown in ep 1 though, when he was able to smell and list everything in detail of what his mom was cooking for breakfast. people just dont pay attention

not all 10 year olds are “dumb as a brick” and the actress who played geum bi was 9 at the time so it counters your statement if she can memorize her lines and act that well

sure but he was in a state of shock and she was already in the process of erasing his memories. anyways, this event only further the plots bc he and the counters becomes stronger than ever

i guess you COULD say that webtoon ju seok and counters were strangers but in the webtoon, ju seok saved ha na and her brother long ago

the scene is literally in the webtoon and its a show based on the webtoon so its not the writers fault. its obviously going to have ridiculous or absurd scenes in it

it was literally obvious that the 3 parents were the main leads of this drama given how theyre at the top of the main cast list and theyre in the center of the poster

well theyre literally on the bottom of the main cast list so

the first 7 eps were focused on the kids but then itll focus more on the parents
