This drama is what happens when you combine every genre ever made. Romance, rags to riches, revenge, fat to skinny transformation, action, anime fight sequence, rocky training arc, historical setting, modern time period, forbidden love, cheating, running a restaurant, running a conglomerate, crazy females.

I don’t even know anymore. 90% of the time I don’t know what the fuck is happening but somehow keep pressing next. Real train wreck you can’t stop watching. Looks like episode 12 the female lead is learning how to adapt to the palace politics.

Jfc this show is 98% tragedy. I can handle drama but it’s tragedy after tragedy with no relief. Good writing incorporates some relief or it’s like we keep getting blue balled with angst. Ending was wack.

Yes it has a happy ending :) I was surprised we would get one, honestly haha. There was a few sad episodes, and you will cry because people do die (like the second male lead and the female mc's best friend, and the shaman that saved her) but the main female and male lead get a happy ending :)
