stop this is so real i felt the same way. literally szn one made aos my fav ever esp w jung somins amazing acting and the life she brought to the role. im sure go yoon jung is an amazing actress but idk sum ab the char in szn 2 was j not it for me. the cunningness that mu deok i had wasnt there. also i rlly didnt like how they made all the chars so grumpy. lowk i might have to rewatch bc i fast forwarded szn 2 bc of the main change but this resonates w me a bit too much haha

no exactly and that charisma and sort of power mu deok had in szn 1 j wasnt there n i was so sad :(( like ik naksu wasnt supposed to be an assasin anymore but her storyline j kinda fell flat :// like she j gives it up n then lee jae wooks char kinda lost his personality too which i get but like :(( idk szn 2 j felt so much more sad n less humorous overall they shifted the story so much. i might have to rewatch bc i did miss jung somin too much to acc focus but still like 😭😭

i lit fully agree w this, pt 1 easily made aos one of my fav kdramas of all time, but szn 2 knocked it down for me. i also felt a strong main female lead was lacking in szn 2 (no hate to the actress, i just dont like how her character was written at all in comparison to jung somins)
