Despite the weird subplots that were totally unnecessary, I still enjoyed the drama quite a bit. It's always fun to read opposing thoughts. Thanks for the review :)
i dont know if i can watch the drama do i have to see people die in every episode?
the first 6ish episodes focus on one terminally ill patient a week. most of them die, but it's nothing gory or anything like that. all of them have a peaceful passing. later episodes focus more on the main characters and their backstories.
y'all i ain't gonna lie. im honestly kinda shipping joon kyung with... treatment and therapy :D apart from gyeo re and yeon joo, they're the couple i'm rooting for the most ๐๐
Can everyone tell me there favourite quote from this drama.
"Pain is not something you endure. It's something that needs to be known and understood." bro that line is still sticking to me. it's a simple concept, but other people (and myself) don't do this enough
I honestly don't really get the hate towards the FL. Is she kinda annoying? Yes. But she hasn't done anything to grant her the title of a "bad FL." (ps: I'm only on ep 9 so far so my opinion might change.)
I've seen a person get annoyed with her because she's trying to catch criminals who went MIA. But like, that's her job???? Who knows what the criminal/missing person might be up to. I've also seen some criticism of her because she suspects Do Gi. Well that's obvious, isn't it? Do Gi is acting so sus in her perspective. I don't blame her for thinking Do Gi is up to something. And finally there's one of the biggest criticisms: she doesn't do her job properly. ...she kinda does tho? In every case she was working on, the criminal(s) and evidence have disappeared for some odd reason. And in every single case, there's one thing they all have in common. A goddamn taxi. Her investigating the team is her best bet, albeit she has no real evidence. Don't even get me started on how people are shitting on her for investigating unethically, snooping around Do Gi's house without consent... I just would like to remind some people that this is a drama where the main characters throw away the law and the law version of "morals" to do their own thing.
People don't like her because of all the info us audiences know. Eg. episode 5-7. We know that Do Gi joined the company to take revenge on the CEO. But Ha Na doesn't know that. All she knows is that Do Gi joined an evil company, knows the shit that they're doing, and only reported it to get some cash.
She's nosy, but she always tries to do the right thing. She's def not a favourite character of mine (a lot of flaws like being a hypocrite, and as i said before, quite annoying, etc.) โ I 100% prefer the Rainbow Taxi team over her, but she gets hate where I feel like she shouldn't.
